The Exercise Your Mood campaign encourages all Australians to get more active. Research has shown that just one hour of exercise a week can improve mental wellbeing.
We also understand that sometimes this isn't something that is easy or possible for everyone - due to pre-existing health conditions, your current mental wellbeing and mood, mobility, fitness level or simply being time poor.
