Exercise Your Moodwalk is a new and fun event in Centennial Park, Sydney, NSW.

Walk 5km or 10km for mental health and bring your friends!
Starting at 8am, the walk takes you on a journey through the sights and sounds of Centennial Parklands. Deck yourself and your friends in your brightest gear and challenge yourself!
Why walk?
One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year. Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating. 65% of people with a mental illness do not seek help. Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and the event will raise much needed funds for Black Dog Institute.
