Sadhbh joined A/Prof Harvey's Workplace Mental Health Team in 2012. Her research focuses on the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions in the workplace. Her PhD research involved the development of a novel online mindfulness-based resilience training program for Australian First Responders. Based on this research, she co-founded the start-up company RAW Mind Coach in 2016, with the support of UNSW Innovations and the Black Dog Institute. The program has since been adopted by numerous organisations including NSW Ambulance, Fire and Rescue NSW, St John Ambulance Northern Territory, Reuters, Optus, AGSM-UNSW, and NSW Health.
Established by the University of NSW in partnership with Black Dog Institute and NSW Ministry of health to develop research focused on the mental health needs of NSW frontline emergency workers. The team are also developing a number of other projects focused on better understanding the link between other types of work and mental health.
